New Delhi: 2G petitioner and Janata Party President Subramanian Swamy completed his arguments against Home Minister P Chidambaram in a Delhi court on Saturday. The court has reserved its order on the arguments for February 4.

After completing his arguments, Swamy said, "I have presented the minutes of a meeting between A Raja and Chidambaram in which Chidambaram has said that 6.2 mhz spectrum should be given for free with license."

He said that he also presented the MHA note to finance ministry, which said Swan and Unitech, both were influenced by the ISI and also claimwed that Balwa was Dawood's man.
